Balance For Wellness provides numerous tools to help individuals to begin and maintain a journey of healthy and well living.  The staff of Balance For Wellness understands that individuals may need rehabilitation due to chronic or acute injuries that have halted their journey of healthy living.  For these clients, physical therapy is recommended.  Once a client has returned to a state of health that is injury free, it is highly recommended that exercise and healthy eating and overall life choices are maintained to deter further injury and to enhance the overall body system to ward off other ailments.

Other individuals do not have a present injury or ailment and simply want to make choices to prevent these from occurring or to ensure good health for as long as possible.   Making good food choices, understanding vitamin and mineral needs, realizing the present state of strength and weakness in the body and becoming consciously aware of the needs of the combination of body, mind and soul will lead to a healthy state of living.

Wellness is a state of mind that needs to be fed with positive thinking, healthy food choices and consistent and persistent levels of exercise that challenge the heart, lungs, muscles, nerves and bones.

Balance For Wellness provides the services needed to help you take the first steps of the journey into healthy living and to guide you along the journey of true wellness.

What is Thermal Imaging used for?

  • To help in determining the cause of pain
  • To aid in the earlyl detection of disease and pathology
  • To evaluate sensory-nerve irritation or soft tissue injury
  • To define a previously diagnosed injury or condition
  • To identify an abnormal area for further diagnostic testing
  • To follow progress of healing and rehabilitation

The Paradigm Shift

Numerous studies have been published in the United States, England and France of patients with positive thermograms and negative mammograms.  It was determined by long term follow-up of those patients who were told the thermography was wrong, developed breast cancer in exactly the location thermography had demonstrated its positive finding 5 - 10 years earlier.

Thermography's only error is that it is too right - too early.  It is our job as concerned patients and physicians to identify the appropriate protocols once a thermogram is positive.  It is in this capacity that the paradigm must shift.

We have wonderful and exciting opportunity to at last change the incidence of this horrible disease, by screening younger women and then placing those women with positive findings into the appropriate lifestyle modification and treatment which may be able to prevent or minimize not only cancer, but all breast disease.

This is our task.
