Doctorate of Physical Therapy Conferred Upon Lorri A. Lankiewicz
Butler, PA, May 13, 2006
Lorri A. Lankiewicz has recently received the distinction of earning her Doctorate in Physical Therapy from Slippery Rock University.Lankiewicz, who graduated Summa Cum Laude, is the President and CEO of Balance For Wellness Hands-On Physical Therapy and Wellness Center located on Route 8, south of Butler.
Dr. Lankiewicz is a 1994 graduate of Duquesne University with a Masters degree in PT, and a 1990 graduate of the University of Pittsburgh with a Bachelor degree in Sports Medicine/Athletic Training. Lankiewicz also holds a certificate designating her as a Professional Life and Business Coach, with a specialty in Health Coaching. She will soon hold a certificate in Natural Nutritional Consulting, as well.
Dr. Lankiewicz was named to the Heritage Registry of Who’s Who in American Women Business Owners for her accomplishments in the field of physical therapy. She is an active member of the American Physical Therapy Association and the local Pennsylvania Therapy Association.She has been asked to serve as a Southwest District Delegate for the state association.
